These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all services provided by Rep By Jay (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or using our services, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms.

Rep By Jay provides real estate photography, videography, drone services, and related media for marketing purposes.

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• The Client is responsible for ensuring the property is ready at the scheduled time.
• Delays caused by the Client may result in additional fees or rescheduling.

• Standard turnaround time for media delivery is 24 to 48 hours after the shoot.
• Delivery times may vary based on workload, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Clients will receive watermarked preview images prior to final delivery.
• Full payment is required before delivery of final, non-watermarked images.
• No final media will be released until payment has been completed.

• Prices are subject to change without notice but will be honored once a booking is confirmed.
• Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Rep By Jay retains full ownership and copyright of all images and media produced.
• Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the media for marketing and promotional purposes only.
• Media may not be sold, transferred, or used for commercial resale without written permission.

• All drone operations are conducted in compliance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and applicable local regulations.
• Drone services are subject to weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and safety considerations.
• If drone flights are not permitted or deemed unsafe, alternative services may be provided.

• Travel fees may apply for properties located outside of Lee County and Collier County, Florida.
• Any applicable travel fees will be communicated prior to booking confirmation.

• For Zillow 3D tours, Rep By Jay is responsible only for scanning the property.
• The final 3D tour product is generated and hosted by Zillow.
• Rep By Jay is not responsible for the final output, processing, or hosting of the 3D tour.

• The Client is responsible for ensuring the property is clean, staged, and ready prior to the shoot.
• Rep By Jay is not responsible for cleaning, staging, or moving objects unless previously agreed.

• Rep By Jay is not responsible for issues related to property condition, weather, lighting limitations, or access restrictions.
• In the event of equipment failure or unforeseen issues, liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

• Final images and media will be delivered digitally after full payment is received.
• Rep By Jay will store delivered media files for up to one (1) year from the delivery date.
• After this period, files may be permanently deleted and may not be recoverable.
• Services provided do not include delivery of RAW or unedited media files. RAW files may be made available for purchase at an additional fee, subject to approval by Rep By Jay.

• Rep By Jay reserves the right to use any media created for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
